The best exercise for tennis elbow is elbow curls. The steps include put 1 foot in front of the other like stepping forward. Take an exercise band and place one end under the back foot and another end has to be held with your hand using the grip. Curl your arm towards the shoulder by pulling the band with your hand. Repeat this curl exercise around 10 times with three sets with both palms facing downwards and upwards alternatively.

Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis. It is the of inflammation of the extensor carpi radialis brevis tendon. It can be treated with rest, icepack, NSAIDS, or steroid injections to control the inflammation. Once the inflammation is subsided patients can do some exercises like fist clench, supination with a dumbbell, wrist extension, wrist flexion, towel twist, finger stretch etc.

Finger stretch with rubber band. Place a rubber band around your thumb and fingers, and slightly cup your hand. Grip. Downward wrist stretch. Wrist curl (palm up, palm down). Elbow curls (palm up, palm down). Forearm pull (optional). Forearm twist.
