The best exercise for tennis elbow is elbow curls. The steps include put 1 foot in front of the other like stepping forward. Take an exercise band and place one end under the back foot and another end has to be held with your hand using the grip. Curl your arm towards the shoulder by pulling the band with your hand. Repeat this curl exercise around 10 times with three sets with both palms facing downwards and upwards alternatively.
