RHUBARB TART - VIDEO RECIPE !

This classic is becoming trendy again ! Rhubarb has plenty of qualities, and you won't regret to take a bite !

Ingredients

  • 500 gr rhubarb (already cut)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 fl ounces half and half cream
  • 1 shortbread pastry sheet

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Mix together rhubarb and 1/3 cup of sugar. Leave to settle.

  • Step 2:

    In a bowl, mix together the eggs, the sugar and the cream.

  • Step 3:

    Put your pastry sheet in a mold, and prick it with a fork. Put soaked rhubarb in it.

  • Step 4:

    Add the cream mix

  • Step 5:

    Bake for 45 minutes at 390°F (200°C), the cream must be golden. There you are ! Bon appétit !
